 Comprehensive Achievement Program (CAP)
The Comprehensive Achievement Program is designed to
increase the success rate of certain new students by
providing additional support and assistance in the first year of college.
Students who do not meet University admission
standards, but who show strong potential for success may be
recommended for this program. Students in the Comprehensive
Achievement Program sign a Pledge of Intent to enroll in and
successfully complete a minimum of 24 academic credits and attain
a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 in their first year.
